About the Authors
Henry Scrope was with Clifford-Turner & Co (now Clifford Chance) and Freshfields before becoming an in-house lawyer for a private international group of companies in the City of London. Since 1993 he has run DiscLaw Publishing and www.emplaw.co.uk (which is consistently in the top ten websites in the Legal Web Top 20).
Daniel Barnett is a barrister at 1 Temple Gardens specialising in employment law and associated commercial disputes, and is listed as a 'leading junior' in the Legal 500. He is the author of Managing Dismissals, editor of ELA Briefing, editorial advisor to Employment Law Journal, and has recently been appointed employment law advisor to ACAS.
