TA6 Property Information Form
2nd edition

The second edition of form TA6 combines the forms TA6 (1st edition), TA11 and TA12 previously published in July 2007. It fulfils a similar purpose to the Seller's Property Information Form, a version of which has been widely used by solicitors and their clients since 1990.

When used in domestic conveyancing transactions it is designed to be used in conjunction with form TA10 Fittings and Contents Form (2nd edition) and, if the property is leasehold, TA7 Leasehold Information Form (2nd edition).
